We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are available under the following conditions:
- Damaged Products: To qualify for an exchange due to damage, customers must provide a valid video of the product unboxing. If the product is confirmed to be damaged, we will process an exchange.
- Size Issues: Exchanges for size issues are possible, but only after the original product is returned to us and passes a careful inspection. The product must arrive in fresh, unused condition for the size exchange to be issued.
